This is a leadership role for someone who knows installation from the ground up. You will set the standard on the job, support the people doing the work, and help build a team that customers can count on.
What you will do
- Lead the installation team day to day. Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation work so jobs run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
- Be the hands-on expert on the job. Use your installation experience to guide installers, solve problems in the field, and step in when a job needs an experienced hand.
- Hold the quality bar. Review completed work, check that installations meet code, manufacturer requirements, and company standards, and follow up until any issue is put right.
- Keep safety first. Make sure safe work practices are understood and followed on every job, every day.
- Build and develop the team. Hire, train, coach, and mentor installers. Help newer team members grow their skills and confidence, and give clear, honest feedback.
- Work as a team, across teams. Coordinate with sales, service, dispatch, and office staff so installations are planned well, customers are kept informed, and handoffs are clean.
- Take care of the customer. Represent AnyDay in customers' homes with professionalism and respect.
- Communicate clearly about the work, answer questions, and leave every job finished and tidy.
- Keep jobs organized. Track job progress, materials, equipment, and any issues that need attention, and communicate promptly when plans change.
