Responsibilities:
- Ensure that safety and environmental requirements are met and followed.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of buildings.
- Perform regular maintenance of property.
- Ordinary janitorial duties.
- Assists with improvement and change in buildings and property.
- Operation of heavy equipment and vehicles.
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associates degree in buildings preferred, or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Apprenticeship or at least 3 years verifiable experience.
- Ability to take charge and direct contractors to achieve quality service.
- Certified to work on HVAC systems.
- Experience Working with BMS Systems.
- Electrical experience & knowledge up to 480V.
- Ability to Weld and Fabricate preferred.
- Knowledge of Boilers and Boiler Systems Preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience from similar job.
- Strong Natural Ability to Work in Teams and Independently.
- High Degree of Adaptability & Flexibility.
- Strong Desire to Learn New Skills & Knowledge.
- Personal Desire/Value to Produce Quality Work.
- Excellent Work Ethic, Dependability & Dedication to.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or corrosive chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Employees are responsible to perform duties related to generating and storing hazardous waste in satellite accumulation areas. Must remain within regulatory and internal compliance when using, handling or segregating hazardous materials and waste.
