We’re looking for a true working lead—someone who can effectively manage and run a crew of industrial electricians while still putting on the tool belt and working right alongside the team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Lead Electrician in an industrial environment is required
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and coordinate a crew of industrial electricians
- Must be a hands-on leader willing to work alongside the crew
- Strong experience measuring, bending, installing, and running rigid conduit
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Experience with industrial electrical installations, terminations, equipment, and troubleshooting
- Data center experience is a plus
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Must live within approximately 45 miles of Hickory, NC
- Must have a valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI violations and be eligible to operate a company vehicle
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation and appropriate tools/PPE
