Spanish fluency is required due to daily communication with field crews and subcontractors.

- Coordinate labor, materials, scheduling, and site logistics
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards

- Resolve on-site issues and maintain project progress
- Maintain clear communication with field teams (Spanish required)
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of construction project management or field supervision experience
- Direct experience managing field-based construction projects (not office-only PM roles)
- Experience supervising subcontractors on active job sites
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and job costing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) required
Nice To Have:
- Experience in precast concrete, masonry, fencing, or structural construction
- Commercial or municipal construction project experience
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore or similar)
- Experience managing multiple job sites or crews simultaneously
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- 401(k)
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance
- Life insurance
- Paid time off
- Vision insurance
Application Question(s):
- Please describe your experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Include your responsibilities for jobsite execution, subcontractor supervision, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project delivery.
- Are you fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and able to use it regularly to communicate with field crews and subcontractors?
- Describe a recent construction project you managed. Include the project type, your role on-site, the size or scope of the project, and how you handled subcontractor coordination, scheduling challenges, and project completion.
- What construction management software have you used, and what was your level of involvement?
- Please describe the types of construction projects you have worked on. Include any experience in precast concrete, masonry, fencing, commercial construction, residential construction, or municipal/public works, and clarify whether your experience was primarily field-based or office-based.

Construction Project Lead Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a construction project lead job in Dallas?
Target Dallas employers active in commercial construction, mixed-use development, and infrastructure projects, which are the city's strongest hiring areas. Uptown, the Cedars, and the Medical District are seeing consistent project activity. Candidates who can show direct experience managing subcontractors, reading plans, and keeping schedules on Dallas-scale commercial or multifamily sites stand out. Familiarity with local permitting through the City of Dallas Development Services Department also gives applicants a concrete edge.
Which companies hire construction project leads in Dallas?
Employers hiring construction project leads in Dallas right now include Turner & Townsend Pty Limited, Dennis, and WSP, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Dallas draws a mix of regional general contractors, national construction management firms, and commercial real estate developers, all of whom staff project leads to manage active builds across the metroplex.
Are there remote construction project lead jobs in Dallas?
Yes, but remote work is rare for this role given its hands-on, site-based nature. About 16% of construction project lead openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, and those tend to involve preconstruction planning, estimating coordination, or owner-side program management rather than active field supervision.
How can I get a construction project lead job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is starting as a project coordinator or assistant superintendent with a regional general contractor or subcontractor working on commercial or multifamily builds. Dallas-based construction management firms and large mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors regularly hire entry-level coordinators to support active project teams. Completing an internship or co-op with a firm active in Dallas neighborhoods like Cityplace or Oak Lawn builds the local site experience that gets you considered for a lead role sooner.
Which industries hire the most construction project leads in Dallas?
The sectors hiring the most construction project leads in Dallas are Consulting & Professional Services, Construction & Real Estate, and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Dallas's sustained commercial real estate expansion, healthcare campus development, and infrastructure investment keep demand for project leads consistently high across those sectors.
