As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support our Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers with the day-to-day administrative needs of active construction projects. You’ll keep documentation, submittals, and closeout records organized and current so project teams can focus on execution.

This is also the entry point to our project management career path, with exposure to every phase of a project from startup through closeout.

What You Will Own and Learn

• Use project software, forms, and templates to support project teams accurately and efficiently
• Handle ongoing administrative tasks, including project startup and closeout activities
• Track the status of multiple projects and work with teams to keep tasks moving
• Organize and maintain a high volume of records and contract documents
• Support the submittal process: uploading, sorting, and logging responses
• Reach out to stakeholders for outstanding submittals, proposal pricing, and closeout documentation
• Maintain project documentation on our internal server and project management platforms
• Assist with project monitoring and reporting, including certified payroll documentation
• Help manage our Procore project site
• Support the Director of Operations with department-wide tasks and special projects

What You Bring

• Experience providing administrative support, multi-tasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to follow verbal and written direction, and to act proactively when appropriate
• Construction industry experience (preferred)
• Experience with Procore (preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at managing competing priorities
• Resourceful, with a strong sense of urgency
• A clear, professional communicator and a good teammate
• Accountable, resilient, and someone who learns from mistakes
• Passionate about helping internal and external customers
• High in integrity and trustworthiness

Where This Role Can Take You

Coordinators who own the submittal and closeout process with minimal oversight, build familiarity with contracts, scheduling, and basic cost tracking, and become ready to communicate directly with subcontractors and clients are on the path to Assistant Project Manager.

Work Environment

Primarily office-based, with occasional jobsite visits. Site visits may require standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, closed-toe boots).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
