- Fiber placement within Right of Way (ROW)
- Experience driving daily production and crew productivity
- Ability to read and interpret construction prints
- Experience managing subcontractors and field crews
- Strong safety, quality, and production management

- Supervise crews performing FTTH/OSP fiber construction
- Drive daily production and monitor KPIs
- Manage crew schedules and workload

- Resolve construction roadblocks and customer escalations
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications
