This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work alongside your crew while overseeing daily job-site operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Everdry's high standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and supervise construction crews on residential job sites
- Oversee daily job-site activities and keep projects moving efficiently
- Ensure work is completed according to company standards and specifications
- Train, coach, and develop crew members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site
- Communicate with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience
- Communicate project updates and concerns with management
- Identify and resolve problems in the field
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are met
- Hold crew members accountable for productivity, safety, attendance, and quality
- Properly use and maintain company equipment and materials
- Help coordinate daily crew schedules and project needs
- Lead by example and set the standard for your team

- Previous construction experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
