We are a busy Commercial Contractor seeking a motivated and experienced Job Supervisor with a strong attention to detail. Our company services Nassau, Suffolk and the 5 boroughs. Applicant must have reliable transportation, a clean driver’s license, and be OSHA certified. The job super is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activity on the jobsite including managing the sub-contractors and making sure that the job goes according to schedule from start to finish. Salary Based on experience.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise construction crews from start to finish.
-Ensure that all safety standards are met at each job site. Ensure that proper hand tools are used at each job site. Ensure that proper quality control is met at each job site. -Ensure that proper quality control forms are signed each day that they are working on a project. Ensure that proper hand tools and all safety standards are met at the end of the day (i.e., inspections, weekly inspections).
·Work with Project Managers to ensure project objectives and goals are being met at the end of each day of projects.
