We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketplace Growth Manager to oversee and expand our business across multiple online marketplaces, including Walmart, eBay, Temu, Shopify, Faire, and future sales channels.
This is a part-time position for an experienced eCommerce professional who understands marketplace operations, product listings, pricing strategies, and creative content. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are accurately listed, competitively priced, visually appealing, and optimized to maximize sales across all marketplaces outside of Amazon.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multiple online marketplaces, creating and optimizing product listings, designing high-converting product images and graphics, and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our presence on Walmart, eBay, Temu, Shopify, Faire, and additional marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings.
- Write compelling product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
- Monitor competitor pricing and implement pricing updates.
- Ensure inventory is synchronized across all marketplaces.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed products, and marketplace compliance issues.
- Design or update listing images, infographics, comparison charts, and promotional graphics.
- Improve product visibility through marketplace SEO and optimization.
- Research and launch products on new marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace performance and provide recommendations to increase sales.
- Work closely with our team to ensure listings remain accurate, up to date, and competitive.
Required Qualifications
- Years of experience managing online marketplaces.
- Proven experience with Walmart Marketplace and eBay.
- Experience creating and optimizing product listings.
- Experience using Shopify or another eCommerce platform.
- Experience creating graphics with Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and marketplace competition.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Temu Seller Center.
- Experience with listing management software such as ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, Listing Mirror, Linnworks, CedCommerce, or similar.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly to improve productivity.
- Basic knowledge of marketplace SEO and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
