Location: Houston, TX
We're a fast-growing custom transfer and t-shirt company based in Houston, and our social media team is already pushing serious volume — thousands of posts a month. We're not starting from scratch; we're scaling. We need a proven content powerhouse who can plug in and keep pace from day one.

What We're Looking For
Someone who owns the entire process start to finish: ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, posting, and reporting. You'll be both behind and in front of the camera, posting across all our platforms six days a week.
This is an A-player role. We're not here to train anyone — we're looking for people who already have the skills, know the full workflow cold, and have proven it in past roles.

- Proven Experience: You've run social content end-to-end and can show the results. This isn't your first rodeo.
- Passion for Custom Apparel: You genuinely enjoy t-shirts, style trends, and custom print culture (DTF, custom apparel, print on demand).
- Creative & Technical Skills: Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and TikTok/Instagram/Pinterest/Facebook creator tools.
- AI Fluency: You use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter.
- Speed Under Pressure: High output, high stakes. This is not an easy job, and we're not pretending it is. You stay sharp when it's heavy.
- Storytelling Ability: Strong writing, editing, and communication with an eye for detail.
- Video Confidence: Comfortable filming, narrating, and voicing short-form content.
