- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
- Master’s degree preferably in sports management, physical education, or related field.
- Leadership experience Leading Division I athletic event operations, with basketball event management experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules and legislation and committed to abiding by them.
- Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills and have a “Customer Focus” attitude and delivery.
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and provide responsiveness within and outside of the organization.
- Possess the ability to effectively plan and coordinate, establish and maintain effective working relationships and prioritize workloads based on available resources.
- Possess the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and tackle emergencies and difficult situations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and decision-making abilities.
- Possess a high degree of confidentiality to available information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
