- Project & Program Management: Directly manage and/or oversee critical strategic projects and programs within the Data and Platform marketing organization, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Budget Management & Resource Optimization: Partner with Finance to manage the Data and Platform marketing budget, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient spend across initiatives.
- Team Enablement & Resources: Ensure the Data and Platform marketing team has access to the necessary tools, training, and resources to operate effectively and achieve their goals.
- Amplification of Voice: Support CMO of Data and Platform in articulating and advocating for the Data and Platform vision and strategy internally and externally, helping to shape narratives and craft compelling messages.
- AI Strategy & Enablement: Champion the team's adoption and evolution of AI-powered marketing practices. Partner with marketing, technology, and operations leaders to define how AI tools are integrated into day-to-day workflows, campaigns, and decision-making — helping set the vision, establish best practices, and build the team's capabilities to work smarter and more creatively with AI.

COO Jobs in Seattle: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a coo job in Seattle?
The clearest path is targeting Seattle's high-growth technology and life sciences companies, where operational leadership roles open frequently as startups scale. South Lake Union and the Eastside tech corridor concentrate the most openings. Candidates who stand out typically bring experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-moving product environments, a network in the local startup ecosystem, and a record of driving revenue alongside operational efficiency.
Which companies hire coos in Seattle?
Employers hiring coos in Seattle right now include Amazon, TikTok, and Amazon Web Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Seattle's hiring mix leans heavily toward technology companies, healthcare systems, and venture-backed growth-stage businesses, all of which regularly need experienced operational leaders.
Are there remote coo jobs in Seattle?
Yes, though coo roles are less remote-friendly than purely analytical positions given their hands-on leadership demands. About 27% of coo openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with the remote portion concentrated at post-Series B technology companies where distributed operations are already embedded in the culture.
How can I get a coo job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is joining a Seattle-area startup or mid-size tech company in a director of operations or VP of operations role and growing into the coo title. Seattle's dense startup community in South Lake Union and Pioneer Square regularly promotes from within. Volunteering for cross-functional projects, building relationships through local entrepreneur networks, and demonstrating measurable process improvements all accelerate that transition.
Which industries hire the most coos in Seattle?
Most coo openings in Seattle sit in Technology & Software, Retail, and E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Seattle's concentration of cloud technology firms, regional healthcare networks, and consumer e-commerce companies creates consistent demand for senior operational leadership across all three sectors.
