- Partner closely with hiring managers as a Talent Adviser. Serve as a strategic, consultative partner to the business, offering valuable counsel on hiring decisions and navigate the complexities of offer negotiations with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Infuse excitement, professionalism and unwavering passion into the mission as a Talent Brand Ambassador. Elevate Darigold's Talent Brand through active involvement in local organizations, job fairs, industry events and robust support for social media initiatives.

What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and/or Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
