Your Day to Day
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
- Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
- Conduct follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and members of the local community.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and available options in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required sales contracts and documentation.
- Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, follow-up activity, and sales opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.

- Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar sales and lead-management platforms preferred.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment, including prospecting, lead generation, and developing new business.
