Position Title: Internship – Customer Success (Performance)
Reports to: Customer Success Lead

This internship offers hands-on experience in customer success and implementation within a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Customer Success Intern, you will work closely with experienced team members and play a key role in facilitating the smooth operation of project management activities. The Work
- Coordinate meetings with project & customer success managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.
- Updating supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking.
- Proactively reaching out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes.
- Reviewing client contracts to ensure compliance and understanding of project requirements.
- Assist with customer-success related projects and initiatives that elevate the experience for our clients.
The Must-Haves
- Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Business, Economics, or other related major.
- Proficiency in Excel to effectively manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint to create engaging presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect seamlessly with multiple departments to gather relevant information and insights.
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and tackle tasks independently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Some knowledge of apex products/services is desired but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts is valued.
