Entry Level Creative Producer Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level creative producer job?
Entry level creative producer roles reward candidates who can show organized, hands-on production work, even from student films, brand projects, or volunteer shoots. Employers at this stage look for a portfolio demonstrating you can coordinate moving parts, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with a creative team. Internship credits, freelance assists, and a tight reel of produced work all signal readiness and give you a real edge over candidates who rely only on a degree.
Which companies hire entry level creative producers?

Hiring covers production studios, in-house creative teams at major brands, digital agencies, and media companies, all of which regularly bring on junior candidates to support active project pipelines.
Are there remote entry level creative producer jobs?
Yes, though on-site and hybrid roles still make up a meaningful share of postings at this level. About 0% of entry level creative producer openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting demand from distributed production teams and digital-first companies that can onboard junior producers without requiring daily in-office presence.
Are these new grad creative producer jobs?
Yes, the openings on this page include new grad, recent graduate, and junior creative producer roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it explicitly welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internship credits or student project work in place of full-time history, or lists a strong portfolio as the primary qualifier rather than years on the job. Look for language like "entry level," "junior," or "no prior professional experience required" to confirm a role is open to new grads.
Which industries hire the most entry level creative producers?
Entry Level creative producer roles concentrate in Retail, Education, and Hospitality & Tourism, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026.
