Entry Level Paid Media Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level paid media manager job?
Employers hiring at this level look for hands-on experience with paid platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager, even if that experience comes from internships, coursework, or managing a small personal campaign. A portfolio showing real ad creative, budget decisions, and measurable results gives you a concrete edge. Certifications from Google or Meta signal platform fluency and help compensate for a shorter resume.
Which companies hire entry level paid media managers?
Companies hiring entry level paid media managers right now include Catalyst, Circle K, and Titan Brands, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Agencies tend to hire most actively at this level because they train junior talent across multiple client accounts, though in-house marketing teams at e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands are also consistent entry points.
Are there remote entry level paid media manager jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and role type. About 0% of entry level paid media manager openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making this a more flexible field than many marketing specializations at the junior level. Agencies in particular often offer hybrid arrangements once candidates clear an initial onboarding period.
Are these new grad paid media manager jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internship or coursework projects as qualifying background, or explicitly invites candidates to submit a portfolio in place of a long work history. Searching for junior or new grad titles alongside entry level will surface the broadest set of openings.
Which industries hire the most entry level paid media managers?
Entry Level paid media manager roles concentrate in Retail, Automotive, and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Those sectors rely heavily on performance marketing to drive customer acquisition, which creates steady demand for junior paid media talent who can manage budgets, run A/B tests, and report on return on ad spend from day one.
