The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in aligning strategic investments with business leaders, evaluating the financial impact of operational decisions, and building rigorous financial models that drive better decision-making across a large, complex, and fast-changing organization. Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Planning
- Partner with business and finance leaders on short and long-term strategic and financial plans, surfacing investment and efficiency opportunities
- Build financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, ROI, and scenario outcomes
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
FP&A Excellence
- Drive mid-month and month-end financial review across teams, identifying and quantifying key variance drivers
- Own headcount planning, including baseline, forecast, variance to plan and translating strategy into headcount and cost implications
- Improve planning and reporting rigor through automation and AI-enabled tools
Business Partnership & Impact
Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, balancing financial discipline with business agility to drive delivery of results- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations to enable timely business decisions
- Support leadership presentations and communication with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams
Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or data science in tech company- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experiences in Python or SQL preferred
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with bias to action, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and business results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences
Bachelor degree in business or finance area required; advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
