Position Summary
Responsible for providing order management services to clients. Activities include helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. May also develop support delivery strategy and related processes, escalation procedures and training. Liaises between customers and technical support, product development, sales and field service to identify opportunities for support delivery improvements, cost reduction and value-add to the customer/client.
Our preferred candidate must live within an 80 mile radius of our corporate office in Downtown Nashville, TN
Responsibilities
- Requires basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience
- Works with Manager and collaborates with other specialization teammates
- Directly impacts success of specialization's short-term goals
- Solves problems while able to anticipate additional needs/requests
- Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation
- Grows knowledge and skills developed through training and work experience
