About Location3
Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.
The opportunity
You would own the performance measurement and analytics strategy across paid and organic media.
Routine reporting is delivered through LOCALACT. This seat defines the metrics, designs the testing, and turns results into recommendations that change what teams do.
What you will own
- The performance measurement framework across paid and organic. KPI definitions, success metrics and measurement standards across the client portfolio
- Insights and strategic recommendations. Turning performance data into a clear story of what is driving results and what to do next
- Testing and attribution. Designing and evaluating tests across channels, audiences, creative, landing pages and investment strategy, and improving attribution across touchpoints
- Reporting and LOCALACT analytics. Defining reporting requirements and partnering with Marketing Technology to improve reporting capability, data availability and user experience in the platform
- Cross-functional partnership. Subject matter expert on analytics, measurement and attribution across Paid Media, Organic, Account Services and Marketing Technology
How you will be measured
Adoption of insights by media and account teams, and whether optimization decisions change as a result. Consistency of KPI definitions and reporting standards across the portfolio. Measurable improvement in campaign performance, lead quality visibility and business outcome tracking from testing and attribution work.
What we are looking for
- Marketing analytics and performance measurement experience, strong grasp of paid media, SEO, attribution and measurement, and the ability to turn complex datasets into simple business recommendations
- Understands that reporting is delivered through LOCALACT, and that this seat defines the metrics and turns results into recommendations rather than producing reports
- Wants to influence decisions through data and build cross-functional partnerships, not to build dashboards
