About the Role
The Data Center Team Lead is responsible for providing hands-on technical leadership and day-to-day support for critical data center operations. This position leads and supports technicians while helping ensure the reliability, safety, and continuous operation of mission-critical building systems.

- Ensure work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and required documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Support compliance with safety procedures, operating standards, and site requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, technicians, and management regarding operational issues and priorities.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and reliable mission-critical environment.

- Previous experience in a data center, critical facility, commercial building, manufacturing, or other mission-critical environment.
