As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation professionals help clients modernize operations through data-informed decision-making, process improvement, and execution support. In this role, you will support modernization efforts focused on improving the efficiency, agility, and resilience of government-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operations. You will work across supply chain processes, enterprise data, and defense logistics priorities to help modernize technology and business processes that support long-term sustainability and operational readiness.
As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...
- Support modernization initiatives across manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operations
- Analyze enterprise resource planning, maintenance, procurement, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Document current-state processes and support the design of future-state operational and technology workflows
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and business insights that inform decision-making and operational planning
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to advance modernization efforts that improve readiness, sustainability, and operational performance

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- Experience analyzing data from enterprise resource planning, maintenance, procurement, inventory, or supply chain systems
- Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, maintenance, or repair operations
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations for business stakeholders
- Experience documenting business processes, requirements, or standard operating procedures
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Huntsville, Alabama
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience supporting United States Department of Defense programs
- Experience supporting industrial base modernization, depot, arsenal, or maintenance operations
- Experience with federal acquisition or public sector operating environments
