What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Logistics, Production Planning, and Software—to design and improve all aspects of our operations

- Partner with engineers to design and refine CAD models in preparation for production
- Define equipment requirements based on established processes
- Develop and implement SOPs for prototype data collection units
- Learn and leverage various service and fleet tracking tools to monitor fleet status and drive retrofit initiatives

- Demonstrated experience identifying root causes of problems and implementing effective solutions
- Previous experience working in engineering or manufacturing environments
