What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Logistics, Production Planning, and Software—to design and improve all aspects of our operations
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify and drive improvements to data collection hardware
- Partner with engineers to design and refine CAD models in preparation for production
- Define equipment requirements based on established processes
- Develop and implement SOPs for prototype data collection units
- Learn and leverage various service and fleet tracking tools to monitor fleet status and drive retrofit initiatives

- Experience analyzing data using Excel, SQL, or similar analytical tools
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or CATIA, with the ability to quickly integrate changes into designs ahead of mass production
