Analyst I, Data and Operations — Entry Level

The Analyst I – Data and Operations supports day-to-day manufacturing and operational reporting by helping teams use data to improve efficiency, product quality, and reliability across manufacturing and distribution operations. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in manufacturing, operations, analytics, and continuous improvement.

This position works closely with operations, distribution, packaging, maintenance, and production teams to support reporting, data accuracy, and operational initiatives. The Analyst I will learn manufacturing processes, assist with operational analysis, and contribute to a collaborative and improvement-focused culture across multiple facilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Operational Support

• Assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing production and operational data
• Support development and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards
• Help analyze data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Learn to use reporting tools and systems to support business decisions

Operational Performance Support

• Partner with operations and plant teams to support production and customer needs
• Assist with tracking operational metrics and project progress
• Support implementation of standardized processes and best practices
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across facilities

Data Management & Systems Support

• Help maintain accurate and reliable data across operational systems
• Support data validation and reporting consistency
• Assist with updating KPIs, reports, and operational documentation
• Learn and support scalable reporting structures and data processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with maintenance, quality, packaging, and production teams on operational priorities
• Build positive working relationships with plant personnel and cross-functional partners
• Gather operational feedback to improve reporting and analysis

Communication & Reporting

• Create basic charts, summaries, and visual reports for internal stakeholders
• Present findings and updates clearly to team members and leadership
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Project & Team Support

• Support analytical tasks related to operational improvement projects
• Assist with project coordination, reporting, and follow-up activities
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
• Internship, coursework, or academic project experience in analytics, manufacturing, or operations is a plus
• Basic experience with Excel and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Travel

Occasional local travel to warehouses or manufacturing facilities may be required based on business needs

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
