Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of global product line strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
- Drive product line performance through pricing support, margin improvement initiatives, and regional execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, quality, and supply chain to deliver customer solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and portfolio performance to inform decision-making.
- Support development of business cases for new products and enhancements.
- Help align global and regional stakeholders to ensure execution of product line priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 11+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or commercial roles.
- Experience supporting product lines or portfolios within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global organization.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, or thermal management products.
- Knowledge of fluid systems, hose assemblies, couplings, or industrial manufacturing processes.
