Overview

Join our dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant and help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visits. You’ll support general dentistry and specialty procedures while keeping clinical spaces organized, safe, and ready for care. Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and dental equipment; process instruments using dental sterilization procedures, infection control practices, and aseptic technique.
• Provide chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry during exams and procedures, including endodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Take dental X-rays and support medical imaging, including use of a 3D scanner, as permitted by applicable requirements.
• Record vital signs, update medical records, and complete medical documentation using patient management software or electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Practice Web.
• Assist with patient management and dental receptionist tasks, including scheduling and clear communication about care.

Experience

• Registered Dental Assistant qualification and any required authorization to perform assigned duties.
• Dental clinic experience and knowledge of dental assisting, dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy.
• Familiarity with dental instruments and equipment, X-ray procedures, and healthcare infection prevention and control.
• Ability to protect patient information and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and clinical confidentiality policies.
• Patient care experience is essential; familiarity with Practice Web

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 37.0 per week
