- 2 years of experience as a Research Assistant, Research Coordinator, or Lab Manager

- Ability to take initiative, work without direct supervision, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain participant data confidentiality and adhere to study protocols
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
