- Collaborating with an entire office team in order to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
- Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work in order to optimize patient benefits
- Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment
