Job Description
We're looking for a curious, hands-on Automation Experience Designer who is excited to apply automation and AI tools to real business challenges. In this role, you won't just explore new technologies—you'll actively use them to design better processes and help others adopt them with confidence. This is a great opportunity for early-career talent who enjoys building, experimenting, and teaching others how to work more efficiently using modern digital tools.
Job Description:
Analyze & Improve Workflows
- Map current processes and identify opportunities where automation or AI can add value.
- Evaluate when to use automation vs. when a human-centered approach is more appropriate.
Build & Apply Automation Solutions
- Design and develop solutions using RPA and AI tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, generative AI tools).
- Select the right tools for the problem and apply them effectively to streamline work.
Design for the User Experience
- Ensure automation solutions are intuitive, usable, and aligned with how people actually work.
- Apply human-centered design principles when creating and refining solutions.
Enable & Train Others
- Demonstrate how to use automation and AI tools in practical, business-relevant ways.
- Lead training sessions (virtual and in-person) and create clear, simple learning materials.
- Support teams in adopting new tools and building their own automation capabilities.
Support Project Delivery
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, business analysis, or applying AI and automation tools in a professional, internship, or co-op environment.
- Hands-on experience using automation and/or AI tools.
- Ability to apply AI tools to solve real problems, not just experiment with them.
- Confidence in explaining and demonstrating tools to others in a clear, engaging way.
- Understanding of process mapping and workflow improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A user-first mindset and a natural curiosity for improving how work gets done.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or similar RPA platforms.
- Familiarity with prompt design or using generative AI effectively in workflows.
- Exposure to project management concepts or tools.

Director Of Client Experience Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a director of client experience in New Hampshire?
There is no state-issued license required to work as a director of client experience in New Hampshire. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with several years of progressively senior customer experience or client success roles leading up to director-level work. Employers in Manchester's financial services sector and Concord's healthcare organizations often prefer candidates who have held manager or senior manager titles and can show measurable improvements to client retention or satisfaction metrics.
Which companies hire director of client experiences in New Hampshire?
Employers hiring director of client experiences in New Hampshire right now include Michaels, Southern New Hampshire Health System, and Ulta, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's concentration of financial services, insurance, and regional healthcare systems means these employers consistently seek directors who can lead client-facing teams and drive experience strategy across complex organizations.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most director of client experience jobs?
The cities with the most director of client experience openings in New Hampshire are Nashua, Concord, and Seabrook. Manchester anchors the state's largest concentration of financial services and technology employers, while Nashua draws from the Route 3 corridor's insurance and professional services firms, and Concord's role as the state capital supports healthcare system and government-adjacent client experience hiring.
Are there remote director of client experience jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than many fields, since director of client experience work is fundamentally desk-based, strategic, and communication-driven rather than requiring physical presence. About 38% of director of client experience openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the role's compatibility with distributed leadership. Responsibilities involving journey mapping, analytics, and cross-functional coordination are most commonly performed remotely, while roles requiring regular client site visits or in-person team management tend to require at least a hybrid schedule.
How can I get hired as a director of client experience in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is to build from a customer success manager, account manager, or client services coordinator role at a New Hampshire employer, particularly within Manchester's financial services firms or regional healthcare networks such as Dartmouth Health and Catholic Medical Center. Pursuing a Certified Customer Experience Professional credential strengthens a candidate's profile considerably. Many New Hampshire employers in the technology and insurance sectors also promote internally from team lead and senior manager positions, so lateral moves from operations or account management are a common gateway into director-level work.
Where can I find and apply to director of client experience jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to director of client experience jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your background and target industry, and apply directly to the positions that fit. No signup is needed to see the listings.
