ROLE

Senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Consultant

We're looking for a senior consultant who combines strong functional consulting skills with hands-on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 expertise. This is a true techno-functional role where you'll work directly with business stakeholders while designing and configuring enterprise-scale solutions.

You will play a lead role in:

• Leading discovery workshops to understand business objectives, processes and requirements.
• Translating requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specifications and solution designs.
• Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across Customer Service, Field Service and custom model-driven applications.
• Building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
• Working with solution architects and developers on integrations, automation, security and application lifecycle management.
• Supporting testing, deployments and client presentations, while contributing to estimates, proposals and Statements of Work.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• At least five years’ experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation and communication skills.
• A good understanding of Azure integration services, APIs, security, identity management and enterprise architecture principles.
