Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HCM Consultant with 4–6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with business stakeholders to analyze HR processes, gather requirements, configure HCM modules, and provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
- Configure and support HCM modules based on business needs and best practices.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business users.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and custom reports.
- Provide end-user training and create user guides and documentation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support post-go-live activities, enhancements, and system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as an HCM Functional Consultant.
- Experience implementing or supporting one or more HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or Dayforce.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, organizational management, employee lifecycle, and talent management.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
