What you'll do...
Role summary:The Senior Manager, Marketplace Strategic Initiatives (Collectibles), leads the development and execution of strategic business improvements to enhance marketplace performance. Collectibles is a rapidly expanding category, and we are looking for a versatile, action-oriented and results driven operator who thrives in a high growth, high ambiguity environment. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement innovative solutions. The position requires strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive impactful initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do:
- Define and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals to enhance marketplace performance.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements, leveraging technology, data analytics, genuine curiosity and best practices to identify gaps and bottlenecks.
- Identify revenue opportunities and support category strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration.
- Communicate complex information clearly to influence decision-making and promote actionable solutions.
- Monitor market trends and financial impacts to inform strategic recommendations and business cases.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in business process improvements across multiple functions (esp. sales, account management, product and marketing)
- Strong project and program management skills at a variety of sizes: from immediate tactical improvements to multi-quarter initiatives
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis tools, constantly learning new tools (including. AI)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate across teams and levels.
- Deep understanding of marketplace trends and category strategies
- Experience in product adoption, sales enablement / GTM, account management a plus
- Experience in Collectibles or an adjacent category a plus

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
