Position Summary
As the General Manager of a Walmart Fashion Distribution Center, you will lead a large-scale operation responsible for delivering apparel, footwear, accessories, and seasonal merchandise to stores and customers across the network. This role requires a strategic and people-focused leader who can drive operational excellence, foster a culture of safety and inclusion, and ensure exceptional service while delivering business results. You will oversee all aspects of the distribution center, including operations, financial performance, workforce planning, talent development, customer service, inventory management, and community engagement. Lead Operations and Deliver Results- Develop and execute the facility business plan to achieve goals related to productivity, service, quality, safety, and cost.
- Drive operational excellence across inbound, outbound, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment functions.
- Identify and implement strategic improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance.
- Leverage data, analytics, and reporting to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of leaders and associates through clear direction, coaching, and performance management.

The annual salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $270,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management); and 3 years experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide OR 2 years experience as a Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates OR 5 years experience in a senior management role as an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wideAssociates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
