Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Brand Partnerships Manager
Frame your portfolio around U.S. market relevance
U.S. hiring managers want to see brand partnership deals that translate commercially, not just creative execution. Reframe your Australian case studies around revenue impact, audience scale, and measurable co-brand performance before you start applying.
Target employers with existing LCA filing history
Companies that have previously filed Labor Condition Applications with the DOL already understand the E-3 visa process. Search the DOL's public LCA disclosure data to identify brands in your industry that have sponsored specialty occupation roles before.
Clarify specialty occupation fit before accepting an offer
Brand Partnerships Manager roles can be contested if the job description doesn't require a specific bachelor's degree field. Before you accept, confirm the offer letter explicitly ties the role to a degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for LCA and paperwork
Once you have an offer, the LCA must be certified by the DOL before your consulate appointment. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork so nothing stalls the timeline between offer and start date.
Negotiate your start date around consulate wait times
E-3 interviews at Australian consulates can take two to eight weeks to schedule depending on location and season. Build that window into your offer negotiation so your employer isn't counting on a start date before your visa stamp arrives.
Prepare your three-year degree equivalency documentation
Australian bachelor's degrees are three years, not four. Some consular officers ask for academic transcripts or a credential evaluation to confirm U.S. equivalency. Have your transcripts certified and ready before your interview appointment.
E-3 Visa Brand Partnerships Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Brand Partnerships Manager jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for Brand Partnerships Manager roles at employers with E-3 sponsorship history, so you're not cold-applying to companies unfamiliar with the visa. Filtering by sponsorship willingness up front saves significant time, since most general job boards don't surface that information at all.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Brand Partnerships Manager role qualify as an E-3 specialty occupation?
Yes, provided the employer's job description requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline. Roles framed around general business skills or where any degree is acceptable are harder to qualify. The stronger the degree-to-role connection in the offer letter, the cleaner the E-3 case.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for Brand Partnerships Manager roles?
The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so an Australian professional with a qualifying offer can apply and receive approval within weeks rather than waiting for a random selection. H-1B visa registration opens once a year in March, and selection is not guaranteed. For Brand Partnerships Manager roles, the E-3 is a far more predictable path to a U.S. start date.
Can I change employers or brands while on an E-3 visa?
Yes, but each new employer must file a new LCA with the DOL and you'll need a new E-3 visa stamp tied to that offer before you can begin work. There's no portability provision like some other visa categories. If you're moving between roles mid-year, time the transition carefully to avoid a gap in authorized work status.
