You will partner with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, executives, and procurement stakeholders to understand what customers are building and connect Vercel to meaningful technical and business outcomes.
This is a strategic hunting role within our existing customer base. You will use product adoption, usage signals, company priorities, and thoughtful account research to develop hypotheses, create new conversations, and uncover expansion opportunities.
You will also quarterback the broader Vercel team, bringing together Solutions Engineering, Developer Success, Product, and other partners to remove barriers and drive customer outcomes.
Success requires commercial judgment, technical curiosity, disciplined execution, and the ability to create momentum when the path forward is not obvious.

Translate your Australian sales credentials precisely
Your LCA requires a specialty occupation tie to your degree field. Frame your bachelor's in business, marketing, or commerce as directly required for the role, not just preferred. 'Preferred' language in a job description can undermine your E-3 visa eligibility at the consulate.
Target employers with existing visa infrastructure
Prioritize companies that already file LCAs through the DOL's FLAG portal. These employers understand the E-3 process and won't need educating on sponsor obligations, which removes a common friction point during offer negotiations.
Use Migrate Mate to search and file end-to-end
Search for Commercial Account Executive roles with verified E-3 sponsorship history on Migrate Mate, then use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork once you have an offer locked.
Request the LCA before your consulate appointment date
Your employer must have a certified LCA from DOL before you can attend your visa interview. Confirm certification timing with HR early. LCA processing typically takes seven business days, but delays happen and a missed appointment slot can set your start date back weeks.
Clarify territorial scope in your offer letter
Account Executive roles often involve multi-state or remote territory. If your work location changes significantly after visa issuance, your employer may need to file an amended LCA reflecting the new prevailing wage region. Get your primary work address confirmed in writing before filing.
Distinguish E-3 from H-1B during employer conversations
Many hiring managers assume all work visa sponsorship means H-1B lottery risk. Explain that the E-3 has a 10,500 annual cap that has never been exhausted, no lottery, and can be approved in time for a standard start date. This often resolves sponsor hesitation before it becomes a rejection.
E-3 Visa Commercial Account Executive: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Commercial Account Executive jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Commercial Account Executive roles with confirmed E-3 sponsorship. Most general job boards don't filter by visa type, which means hours of outreach to employers who won't sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces roles where employers have an established E-3 or LCA filing history, so you're targeting the right companies from the start.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Commercial Account Executive role qualify as a specialty occupation for E-3 purposes?
Yes, provided the employer requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline. The role must meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria, meaning the degree must be a standard entry requirement for the position, not just a general preference. Roles where any degree suffices regardless of field are harder to qualify.
How does the E-3 compare to H-1B for Commercial Account Executive roles?
The E-3 has a significant practical advantage for Australian nationals: there's no lottery, the 10,500 annual cap has never been reached, and processing aligns with standard hiring timelines. H-1B requires lottery selection in April with an October 1 start date at the earliest. For a sales role where employers want someone in seat quickly, the E-3 is the more viable path.
Can I change employers or territories while on an E-3 as a Commercial Account Executive?
Changing employers requires your new company to file a fresh LCA and you'll need to attend a new consulate interview or file a change of status if you're already in the U.S. Significant territory changes that shift your primary worksite to a new metropolitan area may require an amended LCA to reflect the correct prevailing wage for that location.
