Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Supply Chain Analyst
Verify your degree field matches the role
USCIS requires your degree to align with the specialty occupation, not just the industry. A logistics or supply chain management degree supports analyst roles directly; a general business degree may need supplemental documentation showing relevant coursework or experience.
Target companies with active LCA filing history
Employers must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your E-3 can proceed. Search DOL's OFLC disclosure data for companies that have filed LCAs for supply chain or operations analyst roles to identify employers already familiar with the process.
Search for E-3 sponsorship jobs on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork once you have an offer. Migrate Mate matches Australian professionals with U.S. employers who are ready to sponsor, reducing the back-and-forth that delays timelines for first-time E-3 applicants.
Frame your Australian credentials for U.S. hiring managers
U.S. employers may not recognize Australian qualifications like a three-year bachelor's degree. Prepare a credential equivalency summary that maps your degree to the U.S. four-year standard, referencing USCIS specialty occupation criteria for analyst classifications.
Clarify E-3 sponsorship requirements early in interviews
Many U.S. employers confuse the E-3 with the H-1B lottery. Bring a one-page explainer to interviews that outlines the DOL LCA process, the absence of a lottery, and the employer's actual obligations so the hiring team can move decisively toward an offer.
Confirm the LCA wage level before accepting an offer
Your offered salary must meet the DOL prevailing wage for supply chain analyst roles in the specific metro area where you'll work. Review the relevant wage determination before finalizing your offer to avoid LCA certification delays after you've already accepted.

Find Supply Chain Analyst JobsSupply Chain Analyst E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find Supply Chain Analyst jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals searching for U.S. roles that include E-3 visa sponsorship. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate filters for employers who understand the E-3 process and are prepared to file the required Labor Condition Application, saving you from screening out dozens of unresponsive companies.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Supply Chain Analyst role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, Supply Chain Analyst positions typically qualify when the employer's job description requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations research, or a closely related field. The key is that the degree must be a specific requirement of the role, not just a preference. Roles listed as requiring 'any bachelor's degree' are more vulnerable to USCIS scrutiny and may need additional documentation to establish specialty occupation status.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Supply Chain Analyst roles?
The E-3 is available year-round with no lottery, which gives Australian supply chain professionals a significant practical advantage over H-1B applicants who face an annual registration window and roughly a one-in-four selection chance. E-3 status is granted in two-year increments with unlimited renewals, so you can stay with an employer long-term without the lottery uncertainty that disrupts many H-1B holders in analyst-level positions.
Can I switch employers or change roles while on an E-3 as a Supply Chain Analyst?
Yes, but your new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and you'll need a new E-3 visa stamp before re-entering the U.S. if you travel internationally after the change. You can begin working for the new employer once the LCA is certified and your employer issues a new support letter, without waiting for a consulate appointment if you're already inside the country.
