Purpose of the Job

Our client offers a suite of devices and tools that are used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. The Ecommerce Partner Marketing Manager will be the key in aligning executions between our client’s marketing department, partner sales team and agency contacts, while executing site marketing and search & display strategy to hit the revenue targets across the retail product portfolios. This role will support the end to end project management of marketing initiatives across Amazon, facilitate promo creative & optimization plans, and aid client teams in planning, execution, budget oversight and overall tracking of performance. This role is based remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer flawless product launch and promotional campaign execution via project management of timelines, creative deliverables, and advertising media. Includes cross functional partnerships with cross functional client teams, including sales, product, finance and ecommerce agencies.
- For Search: product catalog management + SEO + score card management of share of voice & keyword competition
- For Advertising & Media: target and optimize AMS and DSP campaigns + manage budget allocation to achieve ROAS goals + measure conversion funnel metrics and profitability
- For Site Merchandising: Make required updates to all consumer touchpoints for assigned categories for major promotions or new product launches (i.e. Brand Store, PDP pages, etc.) and manage updates to existing product pages.
- Optimize performance & competitive assessment of weekly campaign reports (status summary) + post campaign reporting accordingly with client team.
- Work with our client’s Retail Analytics team to plan and track ROI of marketing executions to assess effectiveness - channel sales, traffic & industry data on spend optimization.
- Liaise with client partners at management level, follow up & manage initiatives with a focus on timeliness and efficiency.
- Execute new product SKU setup.
- Support budget needs around forecasting & execution, including SOWs, POs, invoices, and flagging any budget risks. Responsible for building and implementing project management infrastructure with the clients and tools to complement the above.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

- BA/BS Degree - Marketing Field or Business Administration
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital or Ecommerce marketing, experience with Amazon is a must
- Strong working knowledge of marketplace models: 1p vs 3p listings, buy box, etc.
- Content management experience on major e-tailer websites via Amazon Vendor Central
- Experience with Amazon Brand Store and comparable tools with other e-tailers
- Balance of executing both tactical and strategic work, especially troubleshooting and resolving issues related to shared product listings, partner data feeds, vendor catalogs and self service ticketing platforms
- Experience with budgeting and billing reconciliation
- Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Experience managing multiple accounts and initiatives/projects across multiple product lines simultaneously
- Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
- Effectively navigate changing expectations in a deadline driven, rapidly evolving work environment
- Proactive, flexible individual with strong, professional communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Contains a love of efficiency, the desire to produce a high-quality deliverable, and an ability to execute against multiple projects in a technical work environment with often uncertain circumstances
- Maintains composure in high-pressure environments and is receptive to feedback and collaboration.
