<Duties>
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment pathways.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure patient safety during acute episodes.
- Provide specialized counseling for conditions including PTSD, addiction, grief, chronic pain, gender issues, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing CPT coding for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans and coordinate care for patients with complex needs across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Engage in clinical research activities when applicable, contributing to data collection efforts that support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

- Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral management strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Experience with telehealth platforms delivering remote mental health services effectively.
- Exceptional skills in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and addiction counseling.
- Ability to work compassionately with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities or special needs including autism spectrum disorder.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and experience documenting within electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting intake interviews, patient assessments, and delivering psychoeducation to patients and families.
