Entry Level Endodontist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level endodontist job?
Completing an accredited endodontic residency is the most direct path, as most practices expect candidates to hold or be completing a specialty certificate. Beyond credentials, demonstrating hands-on case volume, proficiency with rotary instrumentation, and familiarity with cone-beam CT imaging gives new candidates a clear edge. Reaching out to group dental practices and dental service organizations early often opens doors faster than waiting for posted openings.
Which companies hire entry level endodontists?
Companies hiring entry level endodontists right now include Aspen Dental, 42 North Dental, and North American Dental Group (NADG), based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, group dental practices, dental service organizations, and multi-specialty clinics tend to be the most active hirers, as they typically have the patient volume and support structure to bring on newly credentialed specialists.
Are there remote entry level endodontist jobs?
Yes, though remote options are limited for a hands-on clinical specialty. About 0% of entry level endodontist openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and these typically involve tele-consultation, case review, or administrative roles rather than direct patient treatment. The large majority of positions require in-person work at a clinic or surgical center.
Are these new grad endodontist jobs?
Yes. These listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior endodontist roles alongside other entry level postings. A new-grad-friendly posting typically welcomes candidates with zero to two years of experience and considers completed residency training, supervised clinical hours, or a documented case portfolio in place of years in independent practice. Look for language like 'new graduates encouraged to apply' or 'will train' as reliable signals.
Which industries hire the most entry level endodontists?
Entry Level endodontist roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive hiring at this level because they operate high patient volumes across multiple locations, creating consistent demand for specialty providers who can step into structured clinical environments without requiring years of independent practice experience.
