Bring your people skills. Build your sales career. Get rewarded for your results! US POWER is hiring motivated Energy Consultants. No solar or sales experience needed—we provide paid training, personalized coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods.
- Introduce our solar and home energy solutions.
- Identify interested homeowners and schedule qualified appointments.
- Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details.
Your focus: Make connections. Spark interest. Book appointments. Our experienced Solar Consultants handle the proposals, financing, and closing so you can focus on starting great conversations.
Compensation
- $18.50/hour
- Appointment bonuses, sales commissions, and weekly performance bonuses.
- Potential to earn $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on performance.
Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Who We’re Looking For
Outgoing, motivated, dependable people who enjoy meeting homeowners, staying active outdoors, and developing new skills through hands-on coaching. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, canvassing, or sales is a plus, but no experience is required.
