Lovelight Solutions is a Bay Area–based commercial lighting and energy-efficiency contractor. We help organizations save money and reduce environmental impact through turnkey LED upgrades funded by PG&E's On-Bill Financing program.
We're a small but mighty team with a reputation for excellence, authenticity, and going above and beyond for our clients. You'll work closely with — and be mentored by — the company president, gaining deep industry knowledge and sales skills that create lifelong value.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close B2B clients for LED retrofit and energy-efficiency projects
- Present financial and operational benefits of LED upgrades and PG&E programs
- Build long-term client relationships and referral networks
- Conduct lighting assessments and prepare proposals — training provided if needed
- Manage your sales pipeline in CRM and report progress regularly

- A proven B2B sales professional with a track record of exceeding goals
- A confident communicator who builds trust quickly and articulates ROI clearly
- A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work
- Familiar with or eager to learn about LED lighting and energy efficiency
- Comfortable using online tools and creative outreach for lead generation
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area

Commission Structure
Earn up to 10% commission based on the margin of the project you sell — the stronger the deal, the more you earn. No caps, no territory limits.
Typical project sizes range from $50,000–$300,000, meaning a single sale can earn you thousands to tens of thousands in commission.
