How do I get an entry level enterprise sales representative job?
Entry level enterprise sales representative roles look for candidates who can demonstrate communication skills, a basic understanding of consultative selling, and comfort working with longer sales cycles. Tailor your application to show familiarity with CRM tools, an ability to research target accounts, and any experience engaging business decision-makers, even in academic or volunteer settings.
Which companies hire entry level enterprise sales representatives?

Technology vendors, SaaS platforms, and business services firms tend to hire most actively at this level, often running structured onboarding programs designed to bring new talent into complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.

Yes, though on-site and hybrid options remain common at this level. About 35% of entry level enterprise sales representative openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with fully remote positions typically requiring candidates to manage outreach and virtual demos independently from day one. Many employers prefer in-office arrangements early on to support onboarding and coaching.

Yes, the openings on this page include new grad, recent graduate, and junior enterprise sales representative roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes 0 to 2 years of experience, counts internships toward that experience, or explicitly values a portfolio of outreach work or student sales competitions. These roles are designed for candidates entering the profession, not for those with established quotas or territory history.
