Salary: $215,000 - $260,000 per year

JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for a provider who values culturally responsive care and is passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while addressing both medical and social needs of patients.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, chronic, and acute care
- Perform patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and treatment planning
- Develop and implement care plans in alignment with best practices
- Prescribe medications and coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals
- Collaborate with care team members to deliver patient-centered care
- Educate patients on health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Complete required documentation for billing, compliance, and patient support services
- Stay current with clinical guidelines and standards of care

QUALIFICATIONS

- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
- English proficiency required
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
- Prenatal care experience is a plus
