Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital is seeking a skilled and collaborative Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our growing Anesthesia team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with a diverse case mix and flexible scheduling options.

What you can expect at your practice:

• New Grads welcome!
• Full-time position; 10 and 12-hour shifts available
• Case mix includes: General, Ortho, Urology, OB/GYN, Endo, etc.
• Work with an established and supportive team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Salary commensurate with experience - $250K+ for experienced CRNAs
• Signing incentives up to $125K
• 5 days of CME time off plus $4,500 CME allowance

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Required

Work Experience:

• 1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
• Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and
• Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
