Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice.
This position will start part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as client demand and caseload increase. We value clinical independence and empower our therapists to practice with true autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality individual therapy to adults (18+) managing general mental health conditions (depression, anxiety, life stress) using your preferred evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, etc.).
- Complete timely clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Coordinate care with our psychiatric team when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license.
- Proven experience delivering evidence-based outpatient therapy to adults (18+).
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Schedule:
- Flexible part-time hours (building toward a full caseload).
- Hybrid schedule based on patient needs.
