Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization when clinically appropriate.
Provide therapeutic support for mental health conditions and substance-use-related concerns, where applicable.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, and community organizations to coordinate patient care.
Support families through education, advocacy, resource identification, and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable professional standards.
Provide consultation and guidance to developing mental health providers working with youth and families.
Participate in professional development and ongoing clinical education.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field.
Minimum of 2 years of post-master’s direct behavioral health or clinical services experience.
Ability to assess mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions.
Knowledge of child development, child psychopathology, and psychological assessment techniques.
Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Ability to establish trusting relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Required License or Certification
One of the following qualifying credentials, as applicable, is required upon hire:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) — Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
