Nurture Health Therapy Group, Inc. is a growing mental health practice serving the Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, Florida areas. We are seeking a warm, authentic, and compassionate licensed mental health professional to join our team and provide in-office individual therapy.
The ideal candidate has experience working with clients ages 11 and older presenting with neurodivergence as well as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. EMDR training is a plus!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality, individualized care and excited about growing alongside our practice as demand for services continues to increase. We value genuine therapeutic connections, collaboration, and creating a supportive environment for both our clients and clinicians.

Duties
- Provide individual therapy to clients ages 11 and older presenting with a variety of mental health concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation within the practice’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Complete required insurance documentation and maintain compliance with applicable payer requirements.
- Collaborate with other therapists, medical providers, schools, and community resources as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain active professional licensure, malpractice insurance, and required continuing education.
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Provide compassionate, client-centered care while fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
