MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
- At least 2 years of dental, oral surgery, or medical experience preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound phone calls from patients.
- Review patient charts and information.
- Review dental insurance benefits available to patients.
- Communicate professionally with patients via phone and email.
- Understand the features, advantages, and benefits of our services and products and be able to clearly explain them to patients.
- Build strong relationships with patients to identify their needs and offer appropriate services and solutions.
- Handle patient service requests, including basic office information, appointment scheduling, documentation, insurance questions, and other administrative needs.
- Maintain accurate patient information and communication within our database to ensure open lines of communication between team members regarding each patient's account.
- Set goals, create plans to achieve those goals, and provide daily progress updates to management.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed to support the office and patient experience.

- Independent, motivated self-starter who can work effectively without constant supervision or micromanagement.

- Intermediate computer skills, including comfort with dental software, Microsoft Office programs, internet-based applications, and the ability to learn practice-specific software.
- Must be willing and able to travel between our Kissimmee and Altamonte office locations as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
