iMind Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and motivated licensed therapists to join our multidisciplinary Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). We provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults through a collaborative team of therapists, psychiatric providers, nurses, and support staff.

Schedule
- Flexible, appointment-based scheduling

Clinic Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Optional weekend availability
Caseload assignments are based on your availability, clinical experience, and clinic demand.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and DSM-5 diagnostic assessments
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices
- Develop and update person-centered treatment plans
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other treatment team members

Assess clients for additional services including:
- Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
- Mobile Treatment Services (MTS)
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, COMAR, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and company documentation standards
Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

Active Maryland license in good standing:
- LGPC
- LCPC
- LMSW
- LCSW-C
- LGMFT
- LCMFT
- Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Computer proficiency and experience using electronic health records
- Successful completion of required background checks and onboarding requirements
Preferred
- Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Community mental health experience
- Experience facilitating psychotherapy groups
- Knowledge of Maryland Medicaid documentation requirements
- Training in trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Experienced as Rehab. Specialist*
Work Setting
- In-person outpatient clinic
- Telehealth services available when clinically appropriate
- Hybrid work opportunities based on program needs
Compensation
Independent contractors are compensated $50–$60 per completed clinical encounter (45–60 minutes) based on licensure, experience, and clinical expertise.
Compensation is provided for completed billable services. Documentation expectations and productivity standards are reviewed during onboarding.
