About the Opportunity
Lymph Fit Center is a growing specialty outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Columbia, Maryland, seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our work focuses on lymphedema management and oncology rehabilitation. We welcome new graduates and experienced therapists who want to develop specialty skills in a supportive setting.
What You’ll Do
· Evaluate clients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
· Provide evidence-informed treatment, including appropriate therapeutic activities, manual techniques, patient education, and self-management support.
· Provide individualized care for patients receiving lymphedema management and oncology rehabilitation services.
· Complete clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with referring providers and the clinic team.
Qualifications
· Current Maryland occupational therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before beginning clinical duties.
· New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior lymphedema experience is not required.
· Interest in lymphedema management, oncology rehabilitation, and specialty outpatient care.
· Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered care skills.

Benefits and Additional Compensation
This is a part-time position. Health insurance and paid vacation are not offered. Eligible employees receive unpaid earned sick and safe leave in accordance with Maryland law. No bonuses, commissions, or other additional compensation are currently offered for this position.
